Greetings.
In the years since we started this site in 2003, we have made
dozens of trips and have driven thousands of miles to photograph
North Dakota's abandoned places. The fruit of that effort
is the website you see now.
When Rat and I started this website,
we envisioned a vibrant, interactive community of like-minded
ghost town fans, and we hoped to turn it into a collaborative
effort. In many ways, those ambitions have come to fruition.
However, our lives have become increasingly
busy. Jobs have come and gone, homes have been bought and
sold, and weddings have taken place, not to mention the normal
family dramas that everyone experiences. As a result, we have
found ourselves with less time to enjoy our passion for ghost
towning.
So if you enjoy North Dakota's ghost
towns as much as we do, please accept this invitation to become
a guest photographer. We will post your photos on this site
and give you a photographer credit. We will continue to explore
as much as possible, but your help would help us keep this
site active. We are also seeking Forum Moderators to help
us keep the discussion forum alive and spam-free. Email troy@sonictremormedia.com
for info.
